In this track, participants will focus on creating innovative applications and tools that bridge the gap between academic
research and commercial success. This could involve developing algorithms and machine learning models that analyze
historical data to predict the potential of academic research to be transformed into profitable ventures. Participants
might also design platforms that facilitate partnerships between researchers and industry, or tools that help identify
promising research with high commercial potential. Whether it’s automating the process of taking equity in startups,
optimizing licensing deals, or forecasting the impact of emerging research trends, this track is all about turning
academic insights into tangible business opportunities.


Research to Revenue: Transforming Academic Discoveries into Commercial Success

Hackers can build a product that solves any of the following problem statements
- An app to seek, review by third parties and spread innovations, forward for comments, value addition.
- A dashboard app for Gian which gives the admins current status of all projects, particularly  campaign, entries received  reviewed, accepted/rejected or not found fit and taken forward.
- AI based search engine which sits on a million strong abandoned US patent database at [gian.org](http://gian.org/) and similar serach engine for other databases at gian and [honeybee.org](http://honeybee.org/);.
- Idea management tool which will ensure that mentors, investors, entrepreneurs, scientists and policymakers can jointly and independently review ideas and take them forward.
- Philosophical platform for debating underlying theories of action and innovation at grassroots in different domains for depending our understanding of Indian knowledge systems
